QSG new term Saturday 10th September 10am
I hope you’ve had a restful and fun filled Summer break.
The school re-opens on Saturday, 10th September 2016 at 10.00 a.m. Please come to the school hall for registration and assembly.
So as to make registration quick and easy, we would be grateful if the attached registration form is completed and returned at registration. We have left the form in Word format to make it easier to fill-in and re-use. Just update academic year, class and any other relevant information.
On the form there is a question regarding origins. The Head Teacher requests that parents advise which town/village of Cyprus or Greece your family originated from, if applicable.
The fees are payable in advance and are payable in two instalments – September 2016 and January 2017 or by Standing order.
If you wish to pay by Standing Order please see Niki Pieri or Maria Brooks, the Treasurers, on the first day of term. You will be required to pay 30% of the fees on the first day of term and then 7 equal instalments commencing on 1st October 2016 and ending on 1st April 2017. Standing Order forms are also attached.
We would like to remind you that Queenswell Greek School is GREEN. If you have an email address (both parent’s email address) please let us know on the registration forms so we can email all future correspondence. The school’s email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
The school runs compulsory Friday sessions from Years 4, 5, 6, GCSE. The first Friday session is 16th September (from 6.10 – 8:00 pm) – children are to be collected from the Challoner Building and not from the car park or in Woodside Lane.
Please go to the hall. Children should sit with their class in the same place as last year. Children will be introduced to their new teacher, who will then escort them to their new class.
Any child(ren) new to the school should remain in the school hall where the Head Teacher will assign them to the appropriate class.
Registration and paying of fees will commence once the children have gone to their new classes.
The school has a number of children who suffer from nut allergies, for the welfare of these children with nut allergies who attend the school I would like to ask, that whenever possible, food containing nuts or nuts should be not be brought into the school.
If your child has any other medical condition that requires a Health Plan, please fill in the supplementary Medical Form with a photograph of your child.
I will look forward to seeing you all on Saturday 10th September at 10.00 a.m.
