Welcome Back and Registration Forms
Welcome back after the summer break, I am happy to see you all are well and rested.
I would like to thank the parents/carers who have registered and paid their school fees so promptly. I was also like to welcome new children and parents/carers to the school.
If you have not registered, it is necessary you complete the registration form for the health and safety of your child. We would be grateful if the attached registration form is completed and returned this Saturday along with your fee.
Payment will be made easier due to the introduction of payments by Standing Order. If you wish to pay by this method please see Christa Savvides or Niki Pieri, the Treasurers. You will be required to pay 30% of the fees and then 7 equal instalments commencing on 1st October 2012 and ending on 1st April 2013. Standing Order forms are also attached to this email.
If you would rather pay the fees in advance, you can pay in two instalments – September 2012 and January 2013 (Cheques payable: Greek Parent Association).
On the form there is a question regarding origins. The Head Teacher requests that parents advise which town/village of Cyprus or Greece your family originated from.
The first Friday session is 14th September (from 6.10 – 7.50 pm) This is a compulsory sessions for Years 4, 5, 6, GCSE, AS-level and A-level classes – children are to be collected from the Challoner Building and not from the car park or in Woodside Lane. There are also classes on Fridays for children in Years 2 and 3, which are not compulsory; there is an additional cost to parents of £130 per year per child. Please see enclosed fees structure for the academic year 2012-2013.
The school has a number of children who suffer from nut allergies, for the welfare of these children with nut allergies who attend the school I would like to ask, that whenever possible, food containing nuts or nuts should be not be brought into the school. If your child has any other medical condition that requires a Health Plan please attach a copy of it to the registration form with a photograph of your child.
